If you are not satisfied with your jewellery purchase, items may be returned within 14 days of receipt providing the jewellery is in its original condition at the time of purchase and has not been worn.  Postage charges are non-refundable however, if you are returning the item as a result of our error then we will refund the postage as well.

Unfortunately earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Should you accidentally damage your jewellery I will be able to repair or replace the damaged item, subject to availability of replacement pieces and a small charge to cover the repair materials used and return postage.  If this happens please e mail me before returning the damaged jewellery and we can discuss repair options and costs.
